Were now going to create the base shadow, duplicate the WiiU base layer then drag the duplicated layer underneath the original layer. Right click the duplicated layer and select “Clear Layer Styles” from the fly out menu, once the styles have been cleared double click the vector mask and change the color to black #000000.

Once the color has been changed blur the shape by going to “Filter > Blur > Guassian Blur”, you will be asked to rasterize the layer so press okay when promoted to do so. Blur the shape by 4 pixels then move the shape down a couple of pixels until you have something like this.

We now need to build up the camera by repeatedly adding new circles inside of each other. Each new circle should be smaller than the last one, if you duplicate the circle layer then hold down shift and alt on the keyboard whilst in “Free Transform Mode” (Ctrl + T) then the circles will resize from the middle instead of from the anchor point in which you are dragging. Go ahead and create 3 more circles using the “Ellipse Tool” (U).

Once the path has been made, fill the path with white #ffffff and blur it by going to “Filter > Blur > Guassian Blur”. The blur amount should be around 4-5px. Once you have added the guassian blur the excess will need to be trimmed away to do this first “Load A Selection” around the camera rectangle layer “Layer > Load Selection” then go to “Select > Inverse” and hit the delete key. Finally set the opacity to around 15%.
